Eduardo Cunha is removed from the presidency of the legislative house

                                            

The Minister of STF (Supreme Court) of Brazil, Teori Zavascki ruled on Thursday (5) the removal of the mayor Eduardo Cunha (PMDB-RJ) federal deputy mandate. Even being away, Cunha remains deputy, but can not exercise the parliamentary activities, leaving thus the Presidency of the House. It continues with the prerogative of privileged forum, being investigated by the Supreme Court. On May 2, 2016, Jucelino sent a letter to Eduardo Cunha, talking about this subject and other letters sent in the past.
