In 1994 Jucelino  Luz created a journal called " Campo Místico  " which had the support and encouragement of Luiz Lodi and two  young men who worked hard without the deserved financial results , but the Journal had the support of the  Town  of Bueno Brandão - MG the  Tribunal of Justice publications of notices of Bueno Brandão - MG , and all support of local businesses. and above all, that two young  men :  Alexandre da Silva , José de Morais Marcilio Lucas and the help in spreading ( disclosing ) José Silverio de Oliveira , all residents of  the Town - ​​Bueno Brandão - MG ; This journal was giving out to all locations ,including abroad , and one of those copies sent abroad , had contact to  Johanna Nainggalan ( a wonderful person and  her  family , too) , resident of Medan - Indonesia - Samat and those  contacts she sent us a picture of  all her family whose object was the last publication of the journal " Campo Místico " on December 30, 1996 ; where we made a big statement to the earthquake that could happen in Indonesia ( print Journal exposed below) , which we kept in touch until the end of 2004 . Then we had  lost the contacts with her and  family .

. Explaining about the Earthquake

The earthquake and Indian Ocean tsunami of 2004 was an undersea earthquake that occurred at 00:58:53 UTC on December 26, 2004 , with an epicenter off the west coast of Sumatra , Indonesia. The earthquake is known by the scientific community as the Sumatra - Andaman earthquake . The resulting tsunami is called by various names , including the Indian Ocean tsunami in 2004 , the South Asia tsunami and tsunami in Indonesia . Before this earthquake Jucelino sent several letters to officials in all locations below and have sent copies of some letters and their responses .

The earthquake was caused by subduction and triggered a series of devastating along the coasts of most continents bordering the Indian Ocean tsunami , killing over 230,000 people in fourteen different countries , and inundating coastal communities with waves up to 30 meters high . 3 was one of the deadliest natural disasters in history . Number of victims in Indonesia was the hardest hit , followed by Sri Lanka , India and Thailand.

With a magnitude of between 9.1 and 9.3 , was the third largest earthquake ever recorded on a seismograph . This earthquake had the longest duration of failure already observed between 8.3 and 10 minutes. This caused the entire planet to vibrate in a centímetro4 and triggered other earthquakes in remote parts of the epicenter , such as Alaska , United States. Seuhipocenter  was about 30 km depth and the epicenter was between Simeulue and Sumatra .

The situation of many affected people and countries around the world has caused a humanitarian response . In all, the worldwide community donated more than 14 billion dollars in humanitarian aid .

Jucelino  Luz contacted the Indonesian Embassy and sent a letter warning them  about  the possible of that earthquake  which could happen in Indonesia and received the answer below (copy of the  letter ) The Earthquake occurred on December 26, 2004 , at about eight in the morning in the local region of the epicenter , in the ocean west of Sumatra island in coordinates 3.298 ° N (latitude ) and 95.779 ° W (longitude ) . The quake was first estimated seismic magnitude of 8.9 on the Richter Scale , later raised to 9.0 , the most powerful earthquake recorded since 1960 and one of the top five in the last hundred years. The earthquake followed by a tsunami of about ten feet high which devastated coastal areas (see animation below) . The tsunami crossed the Indian Ocean and caused destruction in coastal areas of East Africa , particularly Tanzania , Somalia and Kenya .

The earthquake was caused by rupture of the subduction zone where the India tectonic plate dives under the Burma plate . The break area is estimated at about 1200 km in length and the relative displacement of the plates at about 15 m . This shift may seem little, but in normal oceanic plates move with speeds of the order of a millimeter per year. The energy released caused the earthquake of high magnitude , while the displacement of the ocean floor , or plate tectonics or sediment remobilized by the quake , tsunami and gave rise to the change in the Earth's rotation.

The number of victims , which was approximately 150 000 , increased to 220 000 when the Indonesian government suspended the search to 70 000 missing and included in the death toll in the disaster .

 The earthquake of 26 December changed in 2.5 cm the position of the North Pole . This movement suggests a seismic trend already observed in previous earthquakes . The quake also affected the Earth's shape . The shape of the Earth ( flattened at the poles and larger diameter on the equator ) , ranged one part in 10 million , making the round Earth. However , all the changes are too small to be noticed without instruments .

The earthquake also decreased the length of day by 6.8 microseconds , so it appears that the Earth rotates slightly faster than it did before.

When changes occur in the position of the masses on the earth as an earthquake happens , they must be compensated for variations in the speed of rotation of the planet. This is what is known in physics by conservation of angular momentum. Although the oscillation of the Earth's axis was very small - below three microseconds - the planet has suffered such an effect , thanks to a more than three minutes of continuous vibration time in the epicenter area . Since the Earth is not perfectly spherical , but an ellipsoid flattened at the poles , the different positions of the planet from the Sun and the Moon , as well as those mass movements , giving rise to such a move . In Brazil radar showed a rising seas and radar warning as possible tsunami was triggered. • Maldives, where two-thirds of the capital , Malé , were flooded by the tsunami .

• Bangladesh.
